Reply with quote | #1 | The nice thing about this business is that we work together to be successful. This is my philosophy on team building. In order to grow your team you must first have a love for the oils. And by that I mean you must have your own personal testimonials of the products and believe in the products. You must have a desire to want to share them and introduce them to people. Once you share them with people you will automatically start growing your team. Any person that tries the oils is a potential team member. If you have properly shared your love of the oils with them, they will want to join your team.
I feel that first hand experience with the oils is vital if you want someone to join your team as a consultant. That being the case it is important to be there for those that our new to the oil's you must be their tutor and help answer questions, give them ways to use the oil's and make yourself available to assist them as they grow in their knowledge of the products and the company. Soon they will become self sufficient and will be able to be a valuable asset in helping you introduce others to the wonderful world of essential oils. __________________ Jerame R. Baker

I totally agree. I have a friend who just signed up and she is worried about how to talk about the oils since she is so new to them. I just told her...use them...you will love them and talk about what happened for you and your family. I LOVE DOTERRA oils. I know that once you use the oils, you start talking...we just cannot help it! I also highly encourage reading the reference books. |
